Other Costs Involved in Motorhome Hire

We believe in letting our customers know in advance the total cost of hire, including deposits and insurance etc., so there are no hidden charges that you discover later on.

1. Our Motorhome is comprehensively insured, but you are responsible for the insurance excess of £400 per week's hire by way of a security deposit. This is due in cash on the day of commencement of hire. If there is any damage to the vehicle during the hire, the security deposit will not be refunded. Instead, the cost of repair will be deducted and if there is any balance, it will be returned to you. We give our motorhomes to you in clean, undamaged and complete condition; please make sure you return them in the same way.

2. Our motorhomes are supplied with one bottle of gas. If extra gas is required, it will be at your own expense. No refund will be given.

3. If you are late back with the motorhome, it usually means us letting down another client. We therefore charge a late return surcharge of £100.00 plus the daily rate. This ensures we don’t let anyone down.

4. When returning the booking form to us, please enclose a deposit of £200.00 per week. A letter confirming your booking will be sent to you, along with an invoice for the remaining balance which is payable 28 days prior to your hire dates. Cheques must clear before the motorhome leaves our premises.

5. There is a small charge for the use of our bed linen.

6. Credit card payments will incur a 2.5% charge.
